The Mission Theatre welcomes the return of guitarist Darren Dutson-Bromley. Darren is one of the country’s leading exponents of unaccompanied jazz guitar and will be performing an entertaining mixture of improvisations and arrangements of classic jazz, blues and swing tunes, as well as including pieces from his album ‘My Romance’, a BBC radio album of the week.
Darren, who has performed with musicians as diverse as Jools Holland and members of Girls Aloud, is currently performing throughout the country doing a series of solo guitar concerts. Recent appearances have included Southport Jazz Festival, Edinburgh Festival, Wigan Jazz Festival, Birmingham Symphony Hall and Scarborough Jazz Festival.
