Directions to the theatre: By Bus or Train - If you are arriving by train then refer to the map above; the train station is situated East of the theatre, about a 5 minute walk away. The new Bath bus station is also located about a 5 minute walk away, right next to the train station.
Staff
Ann Garner (Director)
Ann founded the theatre 6 years ago. She has complete knowledge of the space and is responsible for programming events at The Mission, as well as overseeing the general daily activities here.
Ann is also Artistic Director of Next Stage Theatre Company.
Andrew Ellison (Stage Manager)
Andrew co-founded The Mission Theatre with Ann Garner. He has a detailed knowledge of how best to utilise the space in terms of set design and safety regulations.
Andrew is also Director of Next Stage Theatre Company.
Yvonne Paulley (Theatre Manager)
Yvonne joined The Mission Theatre's staff in November 2008. She is the theatre's full-time manager and is on hand to answer any queries from audience members and users of the venue.
Kris Nuttall (Theatre Technician)
Kris has been volunteering at The Mission since its creation in 2005 and is Next Stage's chief lighting designer. He has utilised the space in all of its various layouts and is the emergency contact for queries on the lighting and sound equipment available.
Shirley Smith (Bistro Manager)
Shirley manages and runs The Green Room, our daytime vegetarian Bistro. She makes all the delicious meals and snacks on site and also supplies a variety of home-made cakes.
Please note that we are not currently seeking any paid employees.
Please also note that we are not able to offer work experience placements to students.
