The Mission was created by Next Stage Theatre Company and the continuing dedication and hard work of Next Stage actors and volunteers enables The Mission to thrive. Our well-attended and critically acclaimed productions raise the public profile of the theatre, as well as providing vital financial support for the building.
Be an Angel - to ensure the continued success and existence of The Mission Theatre our Angel Appeal is being continued into 2012.
We are asking you to support The Mission Theatre by helping to sponsor one of Next Stage’s 2012 productions. At any performance audience members see the result of months of planning and preparation, with the cost of a week long run averaging £2,000. So far our Angel Appeal has raised over £6,000 and we are extremely grateful to all our Angels.This is your chance to Be an Angel and by helping with the cost of Next Stage’s acclaimed productions you will allow precious funds to be channelled back into The Mission Theatre. This efficient and friendly local company won the contract to install The Mission Theatre's lighting rig in August 2005. Thanks to their generosity, we now have a first-class lighting rig and some lanterns to hang on it.
The beautiful flower arrangements in the foyer and The Bistro of The Mission Theatre are provided by Passionate About Flowers as a form of sponsorship. The imaginative, fragrant, attractive arrangements are a tribute to the talented team of florists.
